COMMERCIAL FINANCING

The great days of the residential mortgage market have come and gone.  Rates for alternative borrowers with average to subpar credit are the highest I have seen since the inseption of my mortgage career over 10 years ago!!

On the opposite side you have the birth of true commercial financing.  Morgage representatives from across the spectrum who are know more knowledgable about the commercial market, can now present some of the best rates and programs to potential commercial borrowers whether purchasing or refinancing.  If you aown a commercial property or are thinking of possibly buying a new commercial property, now could not be a better time.  With more experts in the field, you are getting a better bang for your buck.  In the past, there were only a limited amount of banks that offered services for your needs, but now with the new commercial market in full swing, take advantage of your wide array of new options.
